The Diabetes Centre Australia is going to organize a Fundraising Event for Diabetes Hospital on Wheels (DHOW) on 31st March 2024 at Taj Agra Restaurant 6/8 Luxton Street, Belconnen ACT.

The Diabetes Centre’s Hospital on Wheels Project, providing complimentary diabetes services to underserved communities. Equipped with cutting-edge facilities and staffed by a dedicated team, including checkups with diabetes specialists, free screening, free diagnostics, tailored management plans and free medicine.

Our goal: eliminate healthcare disparities by ensuring all individuals, regardless of financial status or inaccessibility to healthcare facility, receive high-quality diabetes care. Join us in this mission to make a tangible impact on those in need.

Together, we can bridge the gap in healthcare access and improve lives.

Hospital on Wheels (HOW) is an innovative project initiated by The Diabetes Centre (TDC).
